It tastes great all on its own, but you can toast and butter it like a real bread for a luscious sugar free breakfast. Or, think of it as a loaf cake and enjoy a slice in the afternoon with a cuppa!

Keto Peanut Butter Bread

Step 2: Using an electric mixer or a food processor, blend the eggs until fluffy, light in colour and double the size - about 2 minutes.

Step 4: In a separate bowl, stir together the remaining dry ingredients - almond flour, coconut flour, salt and baking powder. Then, add them to the wet ingredients and mix until well-combined.

Wait 3 minutes to let the coconut flour absorb the moisture. Now, check the consistency of your batter. It should be soft.

Quick Keto Peanut Butter Bread With Nut Free Options

If your peanut butter was very runny, you may need to add an additional tablespoon coconut flour. If it was firmer, you may need to add a splash of almond milk.

Tip #1: The correct texture of peanut butter is important for this recipe. Make sure that it is runny and not hard. The dry, firm bits from the bottom of the pot are not what we're looking for here! Stir the pot well before using.

Tip #2: Check all keto bread during baking. Once it is golden brown, loosely cover the top with aluminium foil to prevent burning.

While researching low carb and flourless bread options in order to create my cauliflower bread, I came across a recipe for flourless peanut butter bread. Of course, I had to try it!

I’ve made many flourless peanut butter desserts before so the idea of being able to make a bread didn’t seem too unbelievable. This bread recipe has a preparation process and ingredient list very similar to my 3 Ingredient flourless peanut butter mug cake. In just a few minutes the batter was done and into the oven it went.

Sure enough, what came out was definitely like bread. You can smear it with butter, top it with avocado slices, or maybe eat it with jelly! It holds together quite well.

Since we were on vacation we were out of bread, so I whipped up this keto sandwich bread. I had made smaller flourless peanut butter bread loaves before, but this time I wanted to make a bigger loaf of bread for Mr. K’s sandwiches and for my avocado toast.

Even in my sleep-deprived state, I was able to make this keto bread without incident. It’s a great quick solution if you’re looking for a low-carb bread that’s easy to make. Plus, it’s packed with protein.

Peanut butter gives this low-carb bread a lot of protein and the bread is not very sweet at all making it a great sandwich bread. It has the texture of and tastes a lot like regular whole wheat bread.

Low Carb Peanut Butter Berry Breakfast Loaf

Since this bread doesn’t have yeast you don’t have to spend time kneading it and letting it rise. It’s made the same way you make a lot of other quick breads with just one bowl.

Bake the bread at 350°F for about 45 minutes. You know the bread is done when an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Also, the top of the bread will bounce back when you press it with your finger.
