Here’s a great garlic bread recipe that’ll knock your socks off it’s so good. Hot, cheesy and full of flavor, this garlicky bread is an easy recipe to have on hand for soups, stews, salads and that kind of thing.
This Cornbread Recipe is another one I like to serve with soups and stews, it’s really tasty and super easy to make in one bowl!
3. Carefully cut slits to make the bread slices almost down to the bottom, leaving just enough – about an inch – to keep the loaf intact.

4. Scoop a tablespoon or so of the butter mixture in between the cuts, making sure to smear the inside without tearing the loaf.
5. To bake the loaf, wrap it in parchment paper (like a burrito) and then in foil, pressing the edges of the aluminum foil together to seal everything together before placing it on a baking tray or baking sheet for 25 minutes.
Remove it from the oven, unfold the wrapping, then back in the oven for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Now it’s ready to eat!

Sure can. Just keep in wrapped in the parchment/foil packet in the refrigerator until you’re ready to pop it in the oven. You can make this several hours in advance.

So bread is one of those foods that I consider “special occasion”. Yes, I seriously said that. And since today we’re talking about not only bread, but my EPIC Stuffed Garlic Bread recipe it must be a very special occasion, indeed…or not…let me explain.

Like a slice of chocolate cake is pretty much an everyday deal around here, but indulging in the bread basket at a restaurant…well someone must have just won the lottery/got engaged/having a milestone birthday/won a Grammy.
I don’t really try to understand the logic, nor will I try and explain it…however, just know my brain works a little backwards. It’s basically prioritizing my carbs in the most enjoyable way possible. Kinda like drinking a diet soda while eating a Snickers.
Anyway, bread is not a food I like to drop precious carbs on. UNLESS we are talking about my EPIC Stuffed Garlic Bread recipe.
Spaghetti Stuffed Garlic Bread
Folks. This garlic bread is worth it, trust me. It might even be worth skipping the cake for. I can’t. believe. I. just. said. that.
Now, when I wrote the recipe, I said 4-6 cloves. This depends on a few important factors…the size of the cloves, the intensity your love of garlic, and who you will be spending the remainder of your evening with.
Let me break it down 6 cloves = opposite sides of the bed facing outwards. 4 cloves = we both are kind stinky, but hey we’re stinky together.
Cheesy Bread Recipe (extra Easy)
THEN freshly grated Parmesan. Please please you must use freshly grated. Do NOT use the powdery stuff and also the pre-grated is no bueno here either. Fresh.
Now grab your loaf of bread. I use a large loaf of Ciabatta when making this recipe. But you can use whatever you like best…just not a French Baguette…it’s not fat enough.
Then wrap your garlic bread in foil, bake it for 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for 5 more to make it all crispy and delicious.As if fresh, soft, warm bread isn’t addictive enough, some genius decided to stuff it with gooey cheese, salty garlic, and savory meats.

This is one the kids go NUTS over, don’t say I didn’t warn you! And grown ups turn into little kids when they get stuck into this. I made this for adinner and let me tell you, ittook 5 hands about 30 seconds to demolish this!
Best bread – The best bread to use for Cheese and Garlic Crack Breadis crusty sourdough or another dense type of bread, but it works well with plain crusty loaves as well.
Mozzarella Stuffed Rosemary Pull Apart Bread
The reason it works better with sourdoughis because the bread is denser so the bread tends to hold together better when you pull bits off. But believe me, there is no compromise on flavour if you use other types of bread! In fact, in the photo I chose to use a crusty Vienna loaf because it was on special.
Best cheese –I really recommend using mozzarella cheese for this, you want it to stretch and pull when you tear the pieces off.
Other flavourings –I kept the flavours quite simple, going for a garlic bread with cheese, but you can go really wild with the flavours for this! Ranch dressing, kick of chilli, other herbs – the possibilities are endless!
Cheese And Garlic Crack Bread (pull Apart Bread)
When it comes out of the oven, it’s all golden, crusty and buttery on the inside and you know that’s just the start of the eating experience that’s about to commence….
Everybody goes so nuts over the cheese bits that you pull out, but my favourite part is thebase of the bread. All the butter and cheese drips to the bottom and it bakes so nice and crispy…..
