This recipe came from Aunt Jemima whole wheat pancake mix. I thought I would give it a try, and wow, it turned out very tasty. When I baked this, I did not use a loaf pan, but I used a 10 x 10 x 2 Corning Ware.
Lightly grease the bottom only of an 8 x 4 loaf pan. Combine pancake mix, flour, walnuts, baking powder, baking soda and sugar into a large bowl.
In small bowl whisk together oil, eggs and milk. Stir in bananas, add to dry ingredients. Stir gently just until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour into prepared pan.
