Our go-to breakfast is generally a hearty bowl of oatmeal, but we like to change up our breakfasts so we don’t have the same thing every single day. Variety is the spice of life after all!

Of variations. It all starts with a slice of bakery fresh bread, topped with a slathering of ricotta cheese, and a whole range of topping options.
Italian Ricotta Easter Bread
Make the base. Toast the bread in a toaster or in a pan on the stovetop. Then slather the ricotta over the toast.
Then add your desired toppings. Some variations may require roasting tomatoes or scrambling eggs, but most consist of just adding the ingredients on top of the toast. Feel free to create any variations you desire and enjoy!
