Can one ever have too many great gluten free bread recipes? No. I didn’t think so. Then I’ll go ahead and say you’re welcome for adding to your recipe box with this savory gluten free Italian Bread.

Bake in your oven or bread machine and sit back while the aromatic smell of Italian herbs wafts through your kitchen and all you did was use my easy gluten-free Pizza Crust Mix to make the magic happen!

Fresh rosemary or other herbs you have on hand would be wonderful added into the mix along with the garlic and oregano already included.

The loaf pictured here is baked in a Panasonic Bread Machine (see my gluten free bread machine reviews for the model number and full review) and was prepared and ready for serving in about 2 hours. Very little effort, very high reward!

Pour all liquids including mixed eggs (or lightly whisked aquafaba or other egg substitute) into the bread machine pan. Add entire Pizza Mix. Make a small well in the center of the mix and pour in 1 yeast packet.

Best Gluten Free Bread Machine Recipes

Bring all liquids to room temperature, then add all but cider/beer/Sprite/etc. to large mixing bowl. Beat together, then add entire Pizza Crust Mix plus one yeast packet. Pour the cider/beer/Sprite/etc. on top, then slowly mix with beater attachment of stand mixer or a large wooden spoon. Once incorporated, beat on medium-high for 2 more minutes. Remove top parchment or wrap and bake for approximately 60 minutes, beginning to test for doneness after 50 minutes. Bread should reach 205°F internal temperature and a toothpick or skewer inserted into the center should come out with only dry crumbs or clean.

Remove to cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes before removing from the pan. Cool further before slicing to avoid compressing the bread.
