Well I have to admit I was honestly impressed with this machine. The first thing I made in was this bread because I wanted to see how the dough cycle works. I’m a baker at heart and love making homemade bread every chance I get.
The Ninja® Intelli-Sense™ Kitchen System with Auto-Spiralizer™ is no ordinary product and I’ve never been a big fan of bread made in a food processor (other than pizza dough) but this machine changed my mind. First of all it is four different vessels on one smart base that automatically recognizes which vessel you are using. There are 12 Smart Programs that deliver optimal results with precisely calibrated patterns of pulsing and pausing combined with the ideal speed, power and torque for each attachment. You can create everything from dressings, breads to margaritas and even ice creams with one simple tap. We’ll talk more about this amazing machine when I share the recipe I created for Pork Tenderloin with Apple Cranberry Sage Butter and Zucchini Spiralized Noodles with a Garlic Butter Sauce. It’s perfect for holiday entertaining.

I find it easiest when using this machine to gather all of my ingredients together and then adding them to the vessel you’re using all at once.

Once everything is in the vessel and the lid locked correctly down you will see the red circle light up. (yes, I forgot to remove the plastic covering the display panel, the good thing is you can see all 12 setttings!) Press the red button and the options available for that vessel will light up or you can manually do your own setting. I wanted to see what this machine could do so I used the dough cycle. It’s like one minute! When it shut off I thought I was going to be doing about 5 minutes of kneading time but to my surprise in 30 seconds it looked like the picture below. Boy was I surprised.
I covered the dough with a kitchen towel and let it raise. It took about a hour and a few minutes to double.
I cut the dough in 2 pieces and shaped them into loaves or you could make one large loaf. These pans are 4 1/2 x 8 inches.
Air Fryer No Knead Bread
I am really looking forward to trying some other bread recipes in this machine. One thing that stood out while the bread was mixing there was no stall of the motor or slow down at all. I was pretty impressed. This dough would also work really well for cinnamon rolls. I think you’d get about a dozen cinnamon rolls if you decide to make those. I’ll try them soon and let you know.

Ninja Storm 450 Watt 40 Oz. Food And Drink Maker With Recipes
As mentioned above, this recipe came in the booklet I got with the 15-in-1. I followed the instructions exactly (you can download the booklet directly from the Ninja Kitchen website).
You will also need some baking paper to line the bottom of the basket and, of course, a Ninja Foodi 15-in-1 😊
Cut baking parchment in a circle to fit and line the bottom of the Cook & Crisp™ basket. Transfer the dough to the Cook & Crisp™ basket. Place in pot.

Ninja Foodi Power Mixer System With Hand Blender And Hand Mixer Combo And 3 Cup Blending Vessel
Once complete, close the lid and move slider to the COMBI-STEAM position. Select STEAM BREAD, set temperature to 180°C and set time to 20 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin cooking (the display will show PRE for approximately 15 minutes as it steams, then the timer will start counting down).
When cooking is complete, the surface of the bread will be crusty and brown. Carefully remove the Cook & Crisp™ basket from the pot. Allow the bread to cool for about 30 minutes before slicing.
Note: The bottom of the bread was a little damp when I took it out. At first, it worried me as I thought it would end up soggy, but after leaving it to cool on a wire rack, it had completely dried out, and the texture was perfect.
Ninja Kenwood Blend X Fresh Blender
Making it was straightforward, although when you’re used to making bread in a bread maker, this obviously has many more steps and involvement to achieve the same result.
And the bread itself? It was really very good. The taste and the texture were perfect; it was a light and airy bread.

If you already have a Ninja Foodi 15-in-1 or you are thinking about getting one, here are some of the recipes I have made so far in it:It's magical how just a few ingredients can come together and turn into a fresh loaf of bread and now, when you make Homemade Bread in the Ninja Foodi, it takes half the time!
Blender Bread Recipe
One of the biggest benefits of making homemade bread is you know exactly what is going into the bread; you control the ingredients! I absolutely love that.
It also costs a lot less! Have you seen the prices of bread lately? Some of them are over $4.00 a loaf. You can make your own bread for under $1.00!
Homemade bread tastes better! I know, I know... this is debatable. There are some crazy good Artisan breads out there, but there is just something about the flavor of bread you make yourself that is simply divine!
Ninja Foodi Review: We Love The Speedi Air Fryer, Twisti Blender
Making homemade bread is therapeutic. It is. I promise. Especially when you knead the dough yourself like we are going to do in this recipe. The turning and pressing of a dough ball is a great way to relax your mind and really feel the dough you are working with. It's amazing how it turns from a rough looking dough ball into a beautiful smooth ball of dough, and then you serve it for dinner. Nothing better in my book.
It's super easy! Except for mixing and kneading, everything is done right in the Ninja Foodi. This takes the intimidation factor right out of making homemade bread. Even if you have never made bread before, you can follow and be successful with this recipe.

If you are already a bread making genius, you can save a ton of time by making homemade bread in the Ninja Foodi!
Ninja Bn800uk Black / Silver 3 In 1 Food Processor With Auto Iq
No guess work. When making homemade bread in the Ninja Foodi, you are able to set the functions and the time and you do not have to guess about time or temperatures. Everything is controlled for you right in the Ninja Foodi. I love it and you will too!
Humidity and temperatures won't matter. Because we are proofing the homemade bread in the Ninja Foodi, your bread rise won't be affected if it is cold or hot and humid in your kitchen. You can make the same loaf of bread on the sunniest day and the rainiest.
It's pretty much fail-proof for all of these reasons and it's also fun! Get the kids involved, they will love it. I do recommend an adult get the bread out when it is finished baking because the inner pot of the Ninja Foodi will be hot and we don't want any accidental burns.
Ninja 3 In 1 Food Processor With Auto Iq Review
Take your time and enjoy the process. Even though we are cutting the bread making time basically in half, there is still a time investment. Get the most out of it by letting your hands and arms do the work kneading while your mind gets a few minutes of relaxation. There is nothing too technical or difficult about making bread, the ingredients will do what they do and your only job is to assist them.
Allow enough time for cooling. No one wants to cut into their freshly made loaf of bread more than I do... but, we must wait. The cooking continues after the bread is removed from the Ninja Foodi and if you cut into it right away, you disturb that process and can end up with an underdone and gummy bread. It's the hardest part for sure, but important. If you absolutely cannot wait 20-30 minutes for it to cool, then don't cut the bread with a knife, rip it with your hands.

Refrigerate or Freeze left over bread. Unlike store-bought bread, there aren't any preservatives in the bread you make
