Instant Pot Paleo Cinnamon Walnut Sweet Potato Bread-a moist flavorful bread easily made in the pressure cooker.  The perfect accompaniment for breakfast!  Paleo friendly, grain free, gluten free and dairy free. 

Making sweet potato bread in the pressure cooker has been something I have been wanting to perfect since I discovered you can make bread, muffins and cakes in the pressure cooker.

This Instant Pot Paleo Cinnamon Walnut Sweet Potato Bread is so moist and flavorful that it goes perfect on its own with a cup of tea or as an accompaniment for breakfast.

This sweet potato bread has just a hint of sweetness, which suits my palate, but if you want it sweeter, you can add a bit more coconut sugar.

Gluten Free Paleo Bread Recipe

I will tell you that I had several recipe testers for this Instant Pot Paleo Cinnamon Walnut Sweet Potato Bread and it was a hit!  Yup, even kids loved this bread!

Even if you left it in a bit longer, it would still be fine, that is what I love about the pressure cooker!  It is hard to mess up bread in the pressure cooker!

This bread is completely Paleo friendly, grain free, gluten free and dairy free.  I use blanched almond flour , tapioca flour and coconut flour as my base.

Instant Pot Bread

I used an 8 Quart Instant Pot and a trivet with handles so it was easy to lift out my mini loaf pan .  Just be sure to use a towel when holding the handles to avoid getting burned.
